Package prices, departure dates and inclusions are confirmed in writing at the time of booking and are subject to airline fares, hotel availability and prevailing exchange rates. Visa issuance is decided solely by the authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (and, for Ziyarat itineraries, by the relevant authorities of the destination country); we assist with the application and documentation but cannot guarantee approval, and government fees are non-refundable once submitted. Pilgrims are responsible for holding a valid passport with sufficient validity, for meeting all health and vaccination requirements in force at the time of travel, and for complying with the regulations of the destination country. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your booking confirmation. Itineraries may change where required by the authorities, by the airline, or for the safety of the group.
