Questions pilgrims ask us
What does a package include?
Typically air fare, visa processing, hotel accommodation, transport within Saudi Arabia, local Ziyarat by AC bus, Indian meals and a guide with the group. Exactly what is included depends on the package, and we set it out in writing before you pay anything.
Which cities do you depart from?
We arrange departures from Mumbai, Nagpur, Hyderabad and other cities depending on the month. Tell us where you would prefer to fly from and we will tell you what is available for your dates.
How far in advance should I book?
For Umrah, a month is usually comfortable. For Hajj, considerably longer — quota and visa timelines are set by the authorities, so start the conversation early rather than close to the season.
Can you handle the visa if I book only that?
Yes. Visa assistance, air ticketing, hotel booking and insurance can each be arranged on their own if you are putting the rest of the journey together yourself.
Is the visa guaranteed?
No, and be cautious of anyone who says otherwise. Visa issuance is decided by the Saudi authorities. We prepare and submit the application correctly and keep you updated, but the decision is not ours to make.
Are the hotels near the Haram?
We select hotels with the walk to the Haram in mind, and we will tell you the realistic walking distance rather than a marketing figure. If the group includes elderly pilgrims, tell us and we will factor that in.
Do you take groups from the same family or community?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Give us the group size and preferred month and we will put together an itinerary and a written quotation.
